Pet Mobility provides a digital organizational solution for pet care services. The platform supports shift planning, route optimization for multiple care teams, and the management of customer master data. Access is provided via a personal account that must not be shared with third parties.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. This includes customer addresses, appointment times, and assignment notes. Changes to master data should be entered promptly so that all team members work with up-to-date information. Access credentials must be treated as confidential.
The platform serves as an organizational tool. It does not replace the professional responsibility for the actual care of the animals. The respective care service remains responsible for the provision of care, the qualification of staff, and compliance with legal requirements.
We assume no liability for damages arising from technical failures, data loss, or incorrect entries, unless such damages are due to our gross negligence. The availability of the platform is assured without warranty. We recommend regular exports to secure your data.
You can cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, your stored data will be deleted after a transition period of 30 days, unless statutory retention obligations prevent this. We reserve the right to block access with immediate effect in the event of violations of these terms.
